Convenient Payment Options
Rome LP Gas provides our customers with various payment plans and options. Our office professionals can process debit & credit in the office or over the phone securely. Checks collected are processed electronically or deposited locally. We aim to simplify receiving payment for our service to fit your needs.
COD: COD is Cash Or Check On Delivery
Our COD clients appreciate the ability to make payments over the phone before delivery, schedule delivery when the customer can be there to pay, and payment placement for drivers to receive on delivery while you’re not at home.
Credit Plans
We offer credit for customers that want to set up a charge or credit account. Our office professional will request a credit application to be filled out to review credit history for approval. Credit terms allow the customer to charge services to reduce worries of scheduling payments before service is rendered. Our credit terms are net 15 days after service.
Budget Billing
The budget billing program is perfect for customers that prefer to make monthly payments to build a credit balance on their account. Budget billing allows customers to have money on their accounts to use on future services. Any current customer can send in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments to build a credit on their account for their future deliveries to help lessen the burden of the larger cost at one time.
Pre-Pay Gas
Our Prepay or Contract Gas plan is a yearly program we run in August – September each year. Pre-pay gas allows customers to pay in advance for deliveries made throughout the winter at the prepayment price that gas was purchased for during the program period. This plan will enable customers to buy gas for winter at a low summer rate.
